1 INTERNATIONAL STUDY TOUR: MEG organizes
international study tours for prospective Indian students wishing to study
abroad. It provides opportunity for Indian students to visit foreign
schools/foreign universities, check the infrastructure facilities, interact
with foreign faculties and with foreign students, check details on program
choices, etc. The sample itinerary of the study tour will provide you some idea about the international
study tour organized by MEG. The study tour itinerary can be tailor-made to
meet foreign school/foreign university program requirements. It will promote
foreign programs to international student from India and develop relationship
with them to improve the international student conversion for its programs. The
objective of MEG International Study Tour (IST) is to bring international
students from India close to your foreign campus and to improve international students’
conversion for foreign degree programs.
2 FOREIGN UNIVERSITY VISIT: MEG extends
invitation to foreign schools/ foreign universities to visit Indian schools and
Indian colleges campuses and interact with parents, teachers and Principal
(Dean). Further, MEG will try to arrange student meet to promote your foreign
programs to them. These schools are international schools offering IGCSE or IB
or ICSE curriculum and these students go abroad more than other students as
IGCSE and IB program acceptability is low with Indian colleges. Moreover these
students can afford high fees and hence conversions for foreign programs are
faster.
3 FOREIGN ACADEMIC COLLABORATION: MEG offers
nominal fee based service to foreign school/ foreign university looking for
foreign academic collaboration with Indian schools/ Indian colleges. MEG
understands that with growing change it is important that foreign institutions
develop business/academic relationship with Indian institutes to promote its
foreign programs and to improve Indian student conversion ratio. This will further
help foreign schools/foreign universities to reduce their marketing cost and to
have better access to Indian study abroad market. Few of these academic
collaboration could be in areas like foreign articulation agreement (2+2, 1+3,
etc), online and distance learning, providing access to local institution for conducting
international certification program, transfer credit programs, student
exchange, faculty exchange, etc.
4 COUNSELING SERVICES: MEG with EDUCATION ABROAD
COUNSELLING CENTRE (EACC) which is into study abroad counseling from
year 2000 offers support to Indian schools and Indian colleges in form of FREE
study abroad counseling for their students. It also offers career counseling
for students and guides them in choosing right career path. MEG will therefore
assist foreign schools and foreign universities in promoting their programs to prospective
students having study abroad needs.
5INTERVIEW SERVICE: MEG promotes featured
foreign school/foreign university by offering them an opportunity to have full
page interview in one of its MEG issue. The interview will answer lot of
student queries and help them to generate student enquiries for its foreign
programs. The featured interview provides an opportunity for foreign
school/foreign university to highlight the USP of the service, and clear doubts
regarding admission, scholarship and new program introduction. In addition, featured
foreign institute in its interview can provide information for Indian
educational institutes to collaborate for academic and for business needs.
